Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling, customer service, and a flair for creativity. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while ensuring an enjoyable experience for our clients. Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet clients' needs.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the salon.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hairstyles and products.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth salon operations.

Requirements

Valid hairdressing qualification and relevant experience in a salon environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Experience in barbering is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A passion for mentoring others and contributing positively to a team environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including Saturday
