Overview

Must have experience within a pvc counter.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trading Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail management and sales, with exceptional organisational and time management skills. As a Trading Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily trading activities and ensuring that sales targets are met while providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
Analyse market trends and customer preferences to inform trading decisions.
Communicate effectively with team members and upper management regarding performance metrics and operational issues.
Organise promotional activities and events to enhance customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all trading activities.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring smooth operations within the trading environment.
A track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.
