When the crowd roars, the food has to be just as exciting! At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks - so fans can focus on the action while we handle the flavour.

What you’ll be doing…
As a Bar and Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hospitality experience at Rangers FC.

Lead, train, and motivate bar and floor staff during busy shifts
Monitor service speed and quality, keeping queues moving during busy periods and half-time rushes
Oversee the smooth running of the bar and floor areas throughout each shift
Monitor stock levels, restock counters, and coordinate with cellar teams when required
Oversee till operations and support with end-of-night close down
Ensure licensing requirements, including Challenge 25, are followed at all times
Ensure Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards are consistently maintained
Work closely with managers and the wider hospitality team to deliver excellent service
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Previous supervisory experience within a busy bar, pub, events venue, or hospitality environment is essential
Confident team leader with the ability to motivate and support others
Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong customer service focus
Good understanding of licensing, Health & Safety, and Food Hygiene requirements
Flexible availability to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends
Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and willingness to learn and develop new skills
