Starting salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + Uncapped commission: Top performers earn £2,000–£3,000 per month

At Clear Business, we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our high-performing sales team as a B2B Sales Account Manager. This is more than a sales role. You'll become a trusted advisor to an established customer base, helping businesses get the most from our products and services while growing your earnings through uncapped commission.

The Role

As a B2B Sales Account Manager, you'll manage and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring they continue to receive exceptional service and the right solutions to support their business needs.

What we want you to do

Building strong relationships with existing customers and becoming their trusted point of contact.
Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that deliver genuine value.
Managing contract renewals and retention conversations to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Negotiating tailored solutions, pricing packages and contract terms to meet customer requirements.
Taking a consultative, customer-first approach to every interaction, understanding business needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.
Delivering a professional, compliant and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.

What you need to have already done to be right for this role

We're looking for motivated sales professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building meaningful customer relationships.

Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, renewals, retention or direct telesales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with a variety of business customers.
A consultative sales approach and a genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities effectively.
Resilience, determination and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Experience within utilities, telecommunications, payment services or business services sectors desirable.
