What you'll be doing
- Ensure full area of responsibility is clean, appropriately presented and stocked at all times
- Ensure thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of menu and special offers in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Operate the till point as required throughout service, ensuring correct procedures are used
Working Pattern: As and when required for matchdays and events
Salary: Paid hourly, in line with National Minimum Wage

- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers
- A team-focused approach, with a willingness to support colleagues when needed
- Reliability and a flexible attitude towards shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail when handling food, drinks, and payments
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail is helpful, but not essential – we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
