Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our retail operations with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of store management, drive sales growth, and foster a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will ensure exceptional customer experiences, efficient store operations, and a motivated workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced retail setting.

Duties

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold company standards.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance store performance, merchandising, and operational efficiency.
Supervise daily store activities including inventory management, merchandising displays, and administrative tasks.
Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and support team development through coaching and training.
Maintain excellent communication with staff, customers, and corporate headquarters to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee compliance with safety policies, cash handling procedures, and company policies to create a secure shopping environment.
Utilize organizational skills to manage stock levels, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth.

Experience

Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment with demonstrated success in supervising teams.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward common goals.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases.
Experience in sales management, merchandising, and implementing effective promotional strategies.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
Administrative experience including staff scheduling, reporting, and maintaining operational records.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices to ensure positive interactions at all touchpoints.
