The Person:

Strong leadership and people management skills
A true passion for Health and Fitness
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and multi-task
A solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Proven experience as a Leisure Manager or a similar role

The Role:

Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all customers queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
Ability to recruit, develop and lead a strong team within the Leisure Department
Manage the daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of the Leisure Department
Monitor and ensure compliance achieved for Health and Safety standards
Overseeing the financial performance of the leisure department by managing budgets and controlling costs effectively
