Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer/Banksman to join our team, start date Monday 7th September for 4 months duration, supporting a variety of construction and roofing works, trades on a project in Beddington. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, practical skills, and a willingness to learn. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their skills within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Performing general site maintenance including cleaning, organising materials, and ensuring safety standards are met
Supporting team members with construction-related tasks as required
Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and hazards are minimised throughout the project duration

Experience

Prior experience in construction and roof works is essential
familiarity with power tools and hand tools is advantageous
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
IPAF & Dumper tickets preferred with rate of pay to reflect experience

You must have a UTR and N.I. as this role is on a self employed basis

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: £120.00-£180.00 per day

Work Location: In person
