Full job description

In-house Architect, Central Manchester

An exciting in-house Architect role with a salary of £65,000 to £80,000 plus bonus and career progression opportunities for a permanent role based in our Deansgate, central Manchester office.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced in-house Architect with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The role will include working on the architecture of luxury residential and commercial developments across the UK including properties based in London, Manchester and Dublin.

You will have a detailed design eye and will work on the design and interiors of the properties, which will include CAD drawings and project management.

Duties will include:

· Prepare dimensional site drawings, installation drawings and layout drawings

· Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes

· Review drawings, specifications and other documentation as requested by the wider teams.

· Creating new design ideas and concepts

· Maintain all relevant documentation and logging of drawing references to ensure compliance to internal standards by following digital filing guidelines.

· The role will be a full-time office based role at our Deansgate, Manchester office.

Skills:

· Exceptional working knowledge to create plan drawings

· Ability to build strong working relationships

· Enthusiastic can-do attitude who continuously looks for solutions

· Excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills

· Able to generate plan layout drawings from sketches, specifications and images

· Knowledgeable of standard drafting practices

· Able to work with minimal supervision while efficiently managing time and resources

· Demonstrate an attention to detail on all output
