Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and support overall business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional with strong management, analytical, and creative skills to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of SEO, B2B marketing, and social media management is essential, alongside excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Duties

Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing.
Manage and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and WordPress.
Oversee lead generation initiatives through targeted B2B marketing campaigns, utilising platforms like Google Ads and email marketing tools.
Analyse campaign performance data to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimisation, and prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analysing engagement metrics to maximise reach.
Utilise Adobe Photoshop for content creation and visual optimisation to enhance campaign appeal.
Lead project management efforts for multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
Provide leadership in managing external vendors or agencies involved in digital advertising or content production.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong emphasis on lead generation strategies within B2B environments.
Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Photoshop.
Demonstrable skills in copywriting, social media management, email marketing campaigns, and analysis of digital metrics.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing teams or external agencies.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to digital marketing activities.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail; proactive problem-solving skills are essential.
