About Inovad Limited

Inovad Limited is a well-established sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting company based in Havant. We manufacture high-quality precision components for a wide range of industries and are looking to expand our production team with an experienced Press Brake Operator.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our busy manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC press brakes, producing high-quality folded components to customer specifications while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake machinery.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.
Produce folded sheet metal components to required tolerances.
Carry out quality checks using measuring equipment.
Select appropriate tooling and machine settings.
Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Work closely with the production team to meet customer deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience operating CNC press brakes.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Experience using measuring equipment such as verniers and calipers.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
Friday: 07:30 – 14:00
