Title: General Assistant

Location: Security clearance location, London, Terminal 5, Heathrow

Salary: £13.26 per hour

24 hours per week - 3 Shifts

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Hospitality Assistant with a background in exceptional food catering services to join our business and work at one of our highly prestigious education settings.

Job Description

As a General Assistant you will…

Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
Provide hospitality service for meeting and events, including preparing and delivering sandwiches and refreshments to meeting rooms in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils.
Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
Support and drive the hospitality service, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where team members must be organised, quick on their feet and able to think clearly during busy service periods
Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Qualifications

Ideally have experience working within hospitality
Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused.
Fun and enthusiastic
Have excellent organization skills.
Demonstrate great attention to detail.
Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
Possess great customer service skills.
Have a flexible approach to work
