Full job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows for residential and commercial properties, using reach and wash window cleaning equipment.

This is a physically demanding role that requires occasional working at heights and using ladders. If you have a strong work ethic and enjoy working outdoors in all weather, we encourage you to apply.

Start time is 7:30 AM. Weekly hours are up to 42.5, with overtime paid at time and a half.

Duties:

Clean windows for residential and commercial properties using industry-leading tools and equipment
Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from glass surfaces
Occasional ladder work
Ensure safety protocols are followed when working at heights
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
Driving your own company van to various properties
Cleaning and emptying gutters & fascia

Experience:

Previous experience as a Window Cleaner is preferred but not required - we hire for attitude and train for skill
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results
Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
