What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own specialist market, developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

Winning new business and developing new client relationships
Growing and managing existing accounts
Building networks of high-quality candidates within your specialist market
Managing recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to successful placement
Negotiating terms, fees and offers
Becoming a trusted advisor to clients through market insight and recruitment expertise
Building your personal brand through LinkedIn and networking
Attending client meetings, networking events and industry conferences

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

At least 3 years' experience in recruitment
A proven track record of consistent billing and business development
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A commercial mindset with a passion for winning business
A proactive, ambitious and competitive attitude
A desire to continue progressing your career within a growing business

Experience within the property, housing, construction or public sector recruitment markets would be advantageous but isn't essential.
