Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently
Manage food preparation processes efficiently to meet service times and guest expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing for breakfast offerings
Coordinate with serving staff to ensure timely delivery of hot and fresh dishes
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management of shortages or quality issues
Support team members during busy periods, fostering a collaborative kitchen environment

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food hygiene standards
Hands-on experience with meal preparation, especially breakfast dishes such as eggs, pancakes, pastries, and more
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Prior restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with serving knowledge for guest interactions
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
