Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our team. Must have experience. This role is essential in providing support in various tasks, Must have a full UK drive licence as possible home visits and an upto date DBS. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation and a passion for animal care, ensuring that both clients and animals receive the highest level of attention and care.

Cat health and care essential although some training will be given.

Hours/ Days required during busy periods : varies must be flexible

Duties

Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
animal care, including feeding, grooming, and exercising animals.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the facility, ensuring all areas are tidy and hygienic.
Handle heavy lifting as required for animal handling and equipment management.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Able to work independently and fast pace

Qualifications

A passion for animal care is crucial.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and manage the demands of working with animals.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
