Full job description

Job Overview
We have an oppotunity for a skilled and reliable Tractor Driver to join our team. We are a large mixed farm specialising in Potatoes and Cider fruit in West Herefordshire. We run a fleet of modern machinery including fendt tractors and merlo telehandlers. We require an experienced, knowledgable and enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Specific tractor duties will depend upon experience and abilities but they will include work during cereal harvest, straw hauling, irrigation, and potato harvest and other duties
General farm duties when required
Assist with basic mechanical tasks on machinery.

Qualifications

Valid driving licence.
Experience with tractors, advanced training can be provided when necessary.
Mechanical knowledge to assist in basic machinery maintenance.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
