The Role

As our Shop Manager, you will lead an expert team to drive brand awareness and sales, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional, luxury experience, managing daily store operations while keeping your team motivated to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Targets: Achieve and exceed store sales targets by applying brand selling methods and driving a target-focused environment.
Product Expertise: Become a credible fragrance expert, mastering storytelling to match the right Arabian perfumes to the right clients, and training your team to do the same.
Store Standards: Maintain excellent visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring stock appearance, cleanliness, and maximum on-shelf product availability.
Customer Engagement: Proactively engage in "traffic stopping" when relevant to introduce DXB Perfume to new mall visitors.
Team Collaboration: Develop positive working relationships with store staff and head office, acting as a true brand ambassador.

About You

A proven track record in a target-driven retail sales environment.
A strong desire to learn and master deep product knowledge (features, benefits, and ingredients).
Comfortable with proactive customer approach techniques (traffic stopping).
Flexible, professional, and highly motivated.
