The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Door Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role working on busy industrial and logistics sites covering our clients area's nationwide, where safety, reliability, and professionalism are essential.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services, ensuring our clients’ operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Install a range of industrial and specialist door systems
Carry out planned servicing and preventative maintenance
Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs
Replace components and parts as required
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
Accurately complete job reports and documentation
Maintain professional communication with clients on site
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience working with industrial, automatic, sectional, specialist or high-speed doors, and dock levellers
Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding ability
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Confident communicator with a professional approach
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Must be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)

Desirable:

Industry qualifications or relevant training
Experience working within logistics or warehouse environments
Knowledge of health & safety practices in industrial settings
