Full job description

Job Summary

Science Care Limited is an international provider of integrated state of the art laboratory services and products, molecular diagnostics as well as biopharmaceuticals manufacturing.

We are currently looking to recruit a graduate for a vacant position of Warehouse & Operations Support to work at our Dunstable office reporting to office manager.

Qualifications and Skills

· Excellent command of spoken and written English

· Science degree in relevant field

· Desirable: Previous experience in admin role / customer service

Objectives:

· Liaising with suppliers

· Manage day-to-day office and warehouse operations

· Manage warehouse stock levels and inventory accuracy to support demand

· Liaising with couriers

· Admin support

· Dealing with international import & export requirements

· Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed

· Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring

· Maintaining the office and warehouse

· Support accounts payable and accounts receivable departments

· Act as point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving concerns professionally

· Liaise with suppliers and couriers, source products, obtain quotations and monitor delivery lead times

· Raise purchase orders, create invoices and process financial documentation and support timely supplier payments

· Maintain accurate operational records and documentation to support compliance

Skills required:

· Excellent organisational skills

· Attention to detail

· Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Xero etc)

· Great communication skills

· Strong budget development and oversight skills

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
