Full job description

Job title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Office located in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, UK

Salary Package: £30,000-- £34,000 p.a + Sales Target Commission + BD Bonuses + EOY Bonus

Working hour: 45 working hours per week

Summary:

FSP Group is the global leading innovator in the power supply unit sector with over 9000 employees worldwide, design and produces over 60 million PSU per year. We are also the only world top 10 PSU maker who has a branch office in the UK which has enabled us to establish a strong footprint in the UK market.

Due to the UK’s office dynamic growth strategy for the business, we are seeking a sales executive with consultative sales skills who is able to understand our customer’s needs and contribute towards the growth of the existing customer base, in line with our new business development strategy. The target industry for growth is the battery charger and EV industry alongside managing and growing existing accounts in the IT hardware industry.

The successful applicant will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent (Business / Marketing / International Trade qualifications preferred) and be highly motivated, sales driven and organised. You will possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and be a confident communicator both written and verbally, in English mainly and in Mandarin Chinese preferably. You will have a proven track record in B2B sales roles and experience in the electronics and battery industry would be highly desirable but not essential.

The role is dynamic and will expose the applicant to a variety of industries such as: Education IT, Audio and Visual, Gaming & Industrial Computing, so the ability to understand nuances between different industries and segments as well as absorb information quickly will be key.

Responsibilities:

· Acting as point of contact for customers, suppliers and negotiating terms of sales/agreements including providing quotes, payment and delivery schedules and related after sales services.

· Discusses customer requirements and advises them on the capabilities and limitations of the company’s products and advises on products that would better suit customer’s needs.

· Maintains relationship with current customer base to ensure satisfaction with products and services and generating future business opportunities by suggesting possible improvements or product upgrades.

· Proactive in identifying prospective new customers and generating new leads through business development.

· Maintains accurate sales records and accounts of sales made to ensure targets are met.

· Handles customer feedback while keeping up to date with latest development and trends in the market.

· Actively develop new markets and product lines while managing existing current accounts.

Skills and experience required:

· Undergraduate or postgraduate Degree in business/ International Trade/ Marketing or related field

· Experience of working in a Sales/ Marketing department would be beneficial

· Mandarin speaker preferred and has experience cooperating with companies and suppliers in China

· Strong communication skills and a passion for great customer service

· Proven ability to meet targets, and be part of a team working in a high volume, dynamic and challenging environment

· Proactive in taking responsibility for driving business development in new industries

· Project management skills and high proficiency in O365

· Good time management skills to meet key deadlines, targets and reporting
