London | £30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll learn how to build markets, develop client relationships and manage high-value recruitment processes within financial services.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and finance professionals
Headhunting high-level candidates for specialist roles
Business development and winning new client relationships
Researching financial markets and identifying hiring trends
Networking with senior professionals across global markets
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Developing your own specialist market and personal brand

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – What They’re Looking For

Recent graduate or someone with sales/commercial experience
Competitive, ambitious and financially motivated individuals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident speaking to high-level professionals
Resilient, hardworking and driven by progression
Sports backgrounds, leadership experience or sales experience are highly valued
Interest in finance or financial markets is advantageous
