Salary: £50,000 plus bonus and Company Car

We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Brand Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do

The Brand Manager will be leading a team of Sales Executives, Transaction Manger and Showroom Host. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.

You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen – never settling for just the status quo.

As a leader, you are supportive of your team and are happy to provide a high level of support for team members to drive change and development. You provide guidance and communicate clearly to maintain a trusting environment and bring out the best in the team.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Geely brand. For this role you must have the following: -

Experience as a Brand Manager in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management
A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices
Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
