Head of Retention | £65,000 – £70,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid 3 days on site in either Brighton or St Albans depending on your location

This role is ideally suited to experienced leaders from Student Success, Customer Success, Retention, Contact Centre Operations, Customer Experience or Revenue Operations backgrounds. Applicants with a proven track record of leading high-volume retention or lifecycle functions and delivering measurable commercial outcomes are encouraged to apply.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll use insight, analytics, automation, and AI to solve complex challenges, improve student outcomes, and directly influence business growth.

We’re looking for someone with:

Proven hands-on experience in retention, lifecycle management, or customer success

A strong track record of improving retention and progression through data-led strategies Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.

Experience leading high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Expertise in CRM systems, automation, and multi-channel engagement strategies.

Do you have experience owning retention, progression or customer lifecycle KPIs in a high-volume environment?
Do you have experience managing operational budgets, forecasting and resource planning?

Do you have strong commercial and analytical skills with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms?
Experience leading large volume teams?
Are you able to reliably commute 3 days a week to either St Albans or Brighton sites?
