Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant and kick-start your career in human resources and talent acquisition! In this paid apprenticeship role, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with potential candidates across various industries. You will support the recruitment process from initial lead generation to candidate placement, all while developing essential skills in communication, relationship management, and HR technology systems. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ins and outs of recruitment within a fast-paced environment that values growth, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist in lead generation activities by identifying potential candidates through social media management, online job boards, and networking channels.
Support the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Conduct outreach to prospective candidates via email, phone calls, and social media platforms to build a robust talent pool.
Maintain accurate records within HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS platforms to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews under supervision to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
Contribute to employer branding efforts by managing social media channels and promoting job opportunities effectively.

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and team members.
Demonstrated interest in human resources, recruitment, or related fields.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce is a plus.
Basic understanding of HRIS systems and social media management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with excellent relationship management skills—building rapport is key!
Previous experience or coursework related to sales, customer service, or social media management is advantageous but not mandatory.
