Sales & Customer Service Executive

About Us

Office Shop Direct is a leading supplier of office products, PPE, workwear, print, furniture and workplace essentials to businesses across the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, competitive pricing and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our friendly team.

The Role

This is a varied role combining customer service, account management and sales. You will be responsible for looking after existing customers while also identifying opportunities to increase sales and develop new business.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
Building strong relationships with customers through telephone and email communication.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Providing quotations and following up outstanding quotes.
Proactively contacting customers to check stock levels and identify sales opportunities.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
Resolving customer queries and ensuring issues are dealt with promptly.
Working closely with suppliers to source products and obtain pricing.
Keeping customer records and CRM systems up to date.
Working towards individual and team sales targets.
Providing outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, account management or customer service.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Confident speaking with customers and building relationships.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Able to learn our CRM quickly and use it confidently every day.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
