Sales Executive

Location: Epsom
Salary: Basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)
Company Car Provided
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle-buying journey, providing expert advice and an exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and helping them find the right vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle.
Building trust and long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Demonstrating vehicle features and arranging test drives.
Guiding customers through finance, part exchange and additional products with honesty and professionalism.
Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with prospective customers.
Preparing vehicles for handover and ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable collection experience.
Accurately appraising vehicles offered in part exchange.
Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance and Aftersales to deliver a seamless customer journey.

About You

Previous automotive sales experience is welcomed but not essential. If you have a proven track record in customer service or sales and enjoy helping customers, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
