Job Purpose
Digital Product Manager We are looking for an experienced Associate Digital Product Manager to take ownership of a range of digital properties and own website projects, including English Language (oxfordinternationalenglish.com), Juniors and Year-Round Groups (oxfordinternationaljuniors.com), leading both strategic website projects and business-as-usual (BAU) roadmap. These brands are strategic priorities for FY27, playing a critical role in driving student acquisition, supporting global recruitment activity, and creating progression opportunities across the wider Oxford International portfolio, including vocational education, online learning, and English language testing.
This associate level, fixed-term contract (until end of August 2027) role will play a critical part in embedding new ways of working, supporting continuous product enhancements, and ensuring our digital platforms deliver against the needs of both B2C and B2B audiences. You will define and manage the product roadmap, optimise user journeys from enquiry to enrolment, identify commercial and cross-sell opportunities across the wider Oxford International portfolio, including online learning, English Language testing, and vocational education.
Collaborating closely with the Marketing team and key business stakeholders, you will act as the central point of contact for digital product management for the respective Projects and BAU platforms, balancing business priorities with user needs, manage the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, and ensuring the successful transition of new capabilities into BAU operations.

Support Adoption of new project delivery: Own the transition of digital products from project delivery into BAU, partnering with the Project Lead to ensure successful adoption, operational readiness, and continuity of ownership.
- BAU Roadmap: Own and manage the BAU product roadmap for key digital products, prioritising the backlog to deliver continuous improvements aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales (GRT), Marketing, Growth Marketing, Operations and Business Development to capture requirements, improve journeys and prioritise website enhancements.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate business and user needs into clear briefs including technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- BAU Operations: Working with internal developers within Digital Products and across the business, as well as external suppliers, oversee ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Data & Insights: Use GA4, MS Clarity, SEMrush, and other analytics tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Marketing Alignment: Ensure the website supports marketing objectives, including SEO optimisation, lead generation, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- UX & Content: Champion best practice in UX, accessibility, and content presentation to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, implement new features, and improve operational efficiency.
- Governance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, prepare quarterly performance reports, and ensure website activity aligns with wider business goals.
- Define and embed new processes and ways of working: Establish and document clear workflows for website management, ensuring smooth handover from project to BAU and embedding best practice across teams and suppliers.
- Support the Digital Transformation Project Lead: Collaborate to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements for the development of the model, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications
- Agile training or certification (Desirable)
- Project management training or certification (Desirable)
- Accessibility training or certification (Desirable)
- Relevant technical training or certification (Desirable)
- Data and/or analytics training or certification (Desirable)
Experience and knowledge
- Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager, ideally with responsibility for Higher Education websites.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including technical SEO and digital performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to write and manage technical requirements and user stories.
- Knowledge of UX best practice, usability testing, and user-centred design principles.
- Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, or education services. (Desirable)
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). (Desirable)
- Experience supporting large-scale website projects transitioning into BAU. (Desirable)
Skills and Abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
- with experience working across multiple business units.
- Working with internal and external dev teams/suppliers to define requirements and see the project through to delivery. Data-driven mindset, comfortable with interpreting analytics and making evidence-based decisions.
- Ability to manage project budget.
- Hands-on experience with: GA4 (Google Analytics 4), MS Clarity, WordPress, Website “multisite” setup, Monday.com, SEMrush and Google SearchConsole
