Full job description

HR Administrator

30 hours per week, all year round
Salary: £21,000 per annum (£28,000 FTE)

King's College is seeking an organised and professional HR Administrator to join our busy Human Resources team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide efficient and confidential administrative support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, compliance monitoring and HR correspondence.

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience within an HR environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role is offered on a 30-hour-per-week, all-year-round basis, working either:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 3.30pm, or
30 hours over four days, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
