Full job description

Ballifeary House is a highly regarded, small and friendly, 24-bed residential home, which belongs to the Free Presbyterian Church of Scotland. Our function and purpose is aimed at providing a non-institutional, Christian atmosphere; one that is caring, relaxed and happy. This atmosphere is homely and respects the individuality, dignity and rights of privacy of each individual and it encourages and enables residents to achieve their potential capacity - physically, spiritually, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

Staff do not need to be Christian to work here but must be prepared to uphold the Christian ethos within the Home.

We provide a home from home service for our older-adult residents and our care staff contribute hugely to the overall function of the Home.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic person with preferably experience in care work to join our small and friendly team, for the following positions:
Day Carer £13.84 per hour.

Staff must be prepared to be flexible and work a mixture of early shifts (7am-3.30pm), late shifts (2-9pm) some weekend shifts as the rota dictates.

At present we do not offer sponsorship, so candidates who need sponsorship will not be considered at this time.
