Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Estate Agency Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Inverness. This office-based role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent client service, reflecting our commitment to excellence in the property industry.

Location: Inverness (Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Home Sweet Home Estate Agents is looking for an organised, friendly and motivated Estate Agency Administratorto join our busy Inverness office.

This is a varied role at the heart of our business, providing administrative support to our estate agency team while delivering excellent customer service to buyers and sellers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail and love helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
Managing diaries and booking appointments
Preparing property details and marketing materials
Uploading properties to property portals and social media
Assisting with sales progression and general administration
Maintaining accurate records using our estate agency software
Using AI tools
Creating Social media posts
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, buyers and sellers
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensuring the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, proactive attitude
Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable
Estate agency experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
