Full job description

Office Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team and provide day-to-day administrative support.

The role would suit someone who is confident using Excel, has excellent organisational skills and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and updating Excel spreadsheets
Organising and tracking jobs from booking through to completion
Booking in new jobs and coordinating schedules
Keeping job records and paperwork up to date
Organising and filing office documentation
Ordering materials and keeping track of stock requirements
Processing and monitoring staff timesheets
Recording and managing holiday and staff absence
Liaising with staff, customers and suppliers as required
General office administration and organisation
Ensuring jobs and paperwork are kept on track and completed efficiently
Providing general support to the team and helping with the smooth running of the office

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
Detail-oriented with good attention to accuracy
Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
A good communicator with a friendly and professional manner
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Previous office administration or scheduling experience would be an advantage
