We are seeking a Head of Data & AI to drive our shift to a fully data-driven, AI-enabled organisation. This role owns the data and AI strategy and roadmap, delivers trusted insights at scale, and ensures data and AI are used responsibly, securely, and to maximum business impact. The Head of Data & AI is accountable for AI, analytics, reporting, data engineering, governance, and platforms across Fred. Olsen Ltd and Cruise.

Own and deliver the Data & AI strategy and roadmap, aligned to business goals and measurable value.
Identify and scale high-impact data, analytics, and AI opportunities that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Lead AI innovation and delivery, taking solutions from concept to secure, production-scale deployment.
Chair the AI Council, embedding strong governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
Enable data-driven decision-making through accessible, high-quality analytics and reporting.
Lead the evolution of modern, secure, and scalable data platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure.
Establish and maintain robust data governance, quality, privacy, and lifecycle management.
Build and lead a high-performing Data & AI team, promoting experimentation, learning, and responsible AI.
Manage the Data & AI budget, partners, and suppliers to maximise value and ROI.
Grow self-service data and AI capabilities and collaborate with leaders across the business and industry.
