Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are excited to recruit a Centre Manager to lead our new Day Service Provision in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated professional to shape and develop a thriving service, making a real difference in the lives of the people we support.

The Role

As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the Day Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Day Centre
Lead, manage, motivate and support a team of staff
Develop and implement strategies to achieve service objectives
Monitor and evaluate service performance and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies and procedures
Manage budgets, resources and staffing requirements effectively
Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, professionals and stakeholders
Handle enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
Produce reports and updates for senior management
Promote a positive, inclusive and person-centred culture throughout the service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential Requirements

Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or above
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar management position
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
Experience of managing and developing staff teams
Excellent communication, literacy and IT skills
A flexible approach to working hours and business needs
A full, clean UK driving licence

Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to inspire and motivate others
Quality-focused and committed to continuous improvement
Ability to build positive professional relationships with stakeholders and external agencies

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be expected to attend corporate and company events throughout the year. Some travel, including occasional overseas travel, may be required.
