Full job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to delivering gold-standard projects that delight clients, generate repeat revenue, and help you develop the skills and expertise to excel in project management. What You'll Do:

Support the creation, maintenance, and adaptation of project plans to ensure timely delivery, on scope, and within budget.
Assist in coordinating all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution and close-out.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Act as a point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Support meetings, calls, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficient project delivery.

Key Information

Salary: £30,000
Reports to: Project Manager
Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office (5 days in the office during probation)
Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
