Job Summary

Lockabox is seeking a creative, energetic and detail-oriented graphic designerto join our team in Kingsbridge, Devon, and help shape every visual touchpoint our customers experience, ensuring everything we produce reflects the quality of the Lockabox brand. It is an exciting time for Lockabox, with an exciting pipeline of new product launches and marketing activity scaling alongside them.

This role is suited to someone who loves graphic design and is willing to throw themselves into everything a growing business’s marketing department entails. You’ll work closely with our Brand Marketing Specialist and wider team, supporting both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives as Lockabox continues to expand internationally.

Responsibilities:

Design, edit, and refine product imagery, listing content, packaging artwork, brochures, digital advertising and other marketing materials to strengthen the Lockabox brand.
Assist in creating engaging written content that balances SEO best practices with clear, customer-focused communication.
Assist with video editing & social content creation, where required.
Assist with photoshoots and product-launch marketing as required.
Maintain and develop the Lockabox visual identity across all mediums.
Maintain well-organised design files, artwork libraries and marketing assets whilst tracking and prioritising tasks as required.
Assist the B2B marketing team with marketing strategies to drive sales leads.
Report on activity and performance, providing regular updates to the wider team.
Support other business marketing agendas & projects where possible.

What we’re looking for:

A strong and varied design portfolio showcasing relevant work across print, digital, and packaging design.
Experience using graphic design software, ideally Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with other design tools is also welcome.
Around 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Comfortable taking initiative and working independently, as well as taking feedback & guidance where necessary.
Good attention to detail, particularly when preparing artwork for print, packaging, and digital use.
An ability to maintain brand consistency and follow existing brand guidelines.
Ability to manage and organise design files clearly and professionally.
A proactive, consistent, and creative individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Positive, approachable personality with a good sense of humour.
Must be willing to commute to Kingsbridge, Devon - fully remote is not an option.
A degree is not essential, provided the candidate has a strong portfolio and can demonstrate practical design ability. Please attach a portfolio if you have one.

Desirable Experience:

Experience creating video content, animations, or motion graphics.
Product-based experience designing for both B2B and B2C marketing.
Basic understanding of marketing-focused design, including how visuals support campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement.
Experience preparing print-ready artwork and working with external printers or suppliers.
Experience in content copywriting.

Key details:

Starting Salary: £28,000 (depending on experience).
Type: Full-time (32.5 hours a week - 4.5 days).
Standard Hours: 0830-1630 Mon-Thurs (30min lunch) & 0830-1200 Fri.
Location: Lockabox HQ, Unit 1 Duke Street Chambers, Bridge Street, Kingsbridge, TQ7 1HX, Devon.
Start Date: ASAP
