We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their project coordinating career, with a passion for engineering and a desire to grow within a dynamic team. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution and successful delivery of engineering-focused projects. The role involves managing administrative duties, coordinating project activities, tracking progress and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, problem-solving and attention to detail are key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager of Business & Process Management, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Coordinate project activities by supporting meetings, managing documentation and maintaining effective communication across engineering teams, contractors and clients.
Support project planning by coordinating schedules, resources, procurement activities and project documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify and escalate risks, and support the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet project and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting process enhancements, promoting a learning culture and maintaining compliance with company and quality management standards.

What we are looking for

You will be a natural at working collaborative across various teams and will also have some of the following skills:

Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Asana.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Adaptable, eager to learn and develop within an engineering or project coordination environment, with a commitment to teamwork, safety and continuous improvement.
