What we are looking for:

This opportunity is open to clinical and non clinical deputies
Someone who is committed to caring and understands person centred care
An individual who is kind, compassionate and treats others with respect
Someone with strong leadership skills who is able to convey direction and empathy
Calm under pressure and able to manage several priorities simultaneously

Do you have the following?:

Previous management experience in adult social care settings, including medication management
Good knowledge of quality and clinical governance best practices
The ability to lead, motivate, develop and delegate to others and be part of a supportive team
Experience of promoting a caring and friendly environment where the philosophy of person-centred care is at the heart of everything you do, including the empowerment of residents to fully participate in all decisions relating to them
The ability to form relationships with a wide range of people, including residents and their families, the home team and medical professionals
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
