About the role

Manage the full customer lifecycle for account clients, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Handle procurement and quoting for all services, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Monthly sales target - £60k based on a 21-day working month
Monthly margin target – 24% average sales margin
Outbound call activity – Minimum average 10 calls a day
50% customer base spending per month
Having an active sales pipeline - Conversion of non-spending to spending customers
Consistent regular contact with customer base

Provide exceptional customer service that drives retention and positive reviews.
Accurately process orders and collections in a timely manner
Effectively manage Sales Force tasks assigned to you in a timely manner
Maintain excellent communication and responsiveness via phone and email.
Assist the finance department with queries relating to the account

Collaborate with suppliers and the internal supply chain team to meet customer needs efficiently.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with account customers, becoming their one-stop shop for waste solutions.

What we need from you

Proven experience in account management, business development, customer service, or sales (preferably in waste, logistics, or service industries).
Experience in working in a target-based environment
Proven experience in pricing and tendering processes, including the calculation and application of VAT and margin percentages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Computer literate, and experience in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
