Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Staff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming visitors, serving food and beverages with enthusiasm, and ensuring every guest feels valued and comfortable. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help maintain a lively, efficient, and welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service from the moment they walk in.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely and friendly service throughout each guest’s visit.
Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team to deliver quality dishes efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, adhering to food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions or POS systems accurately while providing receipts and change as required.
Support barista duties when necessary, preparing coffee and specialty beverages with care and precision.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus; willingness to learn new skills is important.
A genuine passion for hospitality combined with a friendly demeanor will help you excel in this role.
