Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Branch Administrator. As Administrator, you will be a key part of the team, keeping the branch running efficiently and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the branch
Audit and maintain accurate paperwork and records of all goods processed to our Company SOP’s
Raise and manage purchase orders
Monitor and maintain stock control system including booking in stock and returning hire material
Ensure all project-related costs (e.g., transportation, technical services, pre-assembly) are correctly
captured, estimated and invoiced to client as required
Support and provide assistance to Operations manager when needed in Branch
Support with information required for completion of Month End Close in line with HQ deadlines where applicable from branch perspective

Qualifications

Experienced in office administration (experience in construction/scaffolding desirable)
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic stock/invoicing systems
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Team-oriented personality with an independent and proactive working style
Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills internally & externally
