Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bar Steward/Stewardess, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our bar operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you will support bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring safety standards, and managing supplies. Duties

Assist bartenders by preparing and replenishing bar supplies and glassware to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces, adhering to strict heath and safety standards.
Support beverage service by serving snacks or light refreshments as directed.
Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need restocking or replacement.
Follow proper serving procedures, including verifying guest IDs and managing alcohol service responsibly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times through diligent cleaning and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with team members to uphold a lively, positive atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality environments is preferred, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Basic math skills for handling inventory counts and transactions accurately.
Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and guests.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment.
A friendly attitude with a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service.
