Location: Lancaster, Fylde & Wyre
Salary: £28,142 – £32,061
Grade: 6

Roles Available

Full Time and Fixed Term till 2027 in Fylde & Wyre and 22.2 Hours, Permanent in Fylde & Wyre

29.6 Hours Fixed Term till 31 March 2029 in Fylde & Wyre

Full Time and Fixed Term till 2027 and 2029 in Lancaster and 22.2 Hours in Lancaster

About You…

Family-Focused – You’ll work directly with children, young people, and families to understand their needs and create tailored plans that improve outcomes.
Collaborative – You’ll work closely with schools, partner agencies, and other professionals to deliver joined-up support.

What You’ll Do…

Hold a caseload of families and deliver personalised, evidence-based interventions.
Undertake early help assessments and co-produce action plans with families.
Work as part of a Team Around the Family to provide seamless support.
Maintain accurate records and apply analysis to justify decisions.
Build strong relationships with families and professionals to ensure positive outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Level 3 qualification or substantial experience in a relevant field.
Experience of working directly with children, young people, and families.
Strong assessment, planning, and critical reflection skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
