Requirements:

As a Nurse, you will be required to:

Ensure the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standards.
Complete physical and psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
Create individualised care plans for residents.
Update care plans on a daily basis.
Safely administer medication and keep records.
Liaise effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
Monitor and developing the performance of Care colleagues.
Ensure effective rotas are in place.

You will also be required to:

Register with the relevant professional bodies.
Maintain professional knowledge and competence.
Complete mandatory training days and online courses.

Essential candidate criteria:

Current NMC registration
