Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Drainage Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be compitant in drain jetting, cctv surveys, confined space trained, use of basic hand tools & good knowledge of health & safety on sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on work with a variety of tools and techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect drainage systems to identify blockages, damages, or potential issues
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to clear and repair drains
Perform unblocks using high pressure drain jetting
Operate commercial vehicles safely to sites
Apply mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving complex drainage problems
Follow safety protocols during all tasks, including the use of personal protective equipment

Qualifications

Experience in drain jetting
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques effectively
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical diagrams
Knowledge of drainage systems & water flow
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
