As a well-established organisation specialising in Baked and Chilled goods for a number of major retailers & due to expanding business, we are looking for a Production Operative who oozes confidence and is a real team player. The ideal candidate(s) will come from a manufacturing background in food production; however, we offer a training programme that will get you up to speed in no time.

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for producing an assortment of bakery/chilled products, meeting targets and keeping waste to a minimum. This will include the mixing, weighing, packing, labelling and various other tasks relating to the production of our sweet treats. You will help and support your fellow colleagues, whilst building good working relationships. We pride ourselves on having a safe working environment and we would therefore expect all employees to follow policy and procedure in relation to H&S including the reporting of accidents and near misses. You will also ensure that all paperwork and traceability records are accurately recorded.

In return for your hard work, we can offer you:

· 5.6 Weeks paid holidays per year (Pro Rata)

39 hours per week in our High Care, Rolling Rota, Early starts and Mid Shifts ( Permanent)

47.5 hours per week in our Stollen Department starting 22 June 2026 till end November 2026( Temporary )
