Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production & Warehouse Associate to support our day-to-day production and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across production, packing, inventory, and dispatch activities. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team, and interested in long-term employment. Previous experience in the cosmetics or food industry would be an advantage. Applicants must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

Prepare for routine production, manufacture products, and complete manufacturing records
Carry out filling, labelling, and packing products, support dispatch, and assist with basic upkeep
Perform quality control inspections to verify product integrity, identify defects, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy in all warehouse activities.
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update stock records accurately.
Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and documenting transactions properly.

Requirements

Reliable and responsible, with a genuine interest in long-term employment
Flexible team player willing to support production, warehouse, and dispatch tasks as required
Detail-oriented and able to check inventory, specifications, lot numbers and records accurately
Comfortable with hands-on and repetitive production and packing work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Able to work independently while communicating clearly and supporting the wider team

Preferred

Previous experience in the cosmetics or food industry

Pay: £26,450.00-£30,000.00 per year
