The Opportunity

We’re building our UK-based Technical Support team and are looking for three Technical Support Engineers to join us. As the first point of contact for Gallagher Security customers and Channel Partners around the world, you’ll troubleshoot technical challenges, deliver expert guidance, and help create outstanding support experiences that keep our customers moving forward.

Your role at a glance:

Respond to technical support calls and emails, providing accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions.
Troubleshoot networking, device, software, and access control-related issues using structured root cause analysis.
Record support interactions and technical resolutions clearly in CRM and knowledge base systems.
Work with regional teams, product testing, and development teams to escalate, investigate, and resolve customer issues.
Build your knowledge of Gallagher Security products, customers, and processes through continuous learning and collaboration.

You’re someone who enjoys getting to the root of technical problems and helping customers succeed. With a curious mindset and a customer-first approach, you can break down complex issues, communicate solutions clearly, and deliver high-quality outcomes as part of a collaborative team.

What you’ll bring:

Strong understanding of IT networking and device troubleshooting.
Experience in a help desk, customer service, or technical support environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
Effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse issues and identify practical solutions.
A team-focused approach, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support others when needed.
Knowledge of access control systems would be advantageous.
Eligibility for SC Clearance.
