Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Furniture Sprayer/Finisher - Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the finishing process of high-quality furniture pieces by assisting with spray application, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in furniture finishing while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will contribute to delivering beautifully finished products that meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

Assist with surface preparation tasks such as sanding, cleaning, and masking to ensure optimal finishing results
Support the application of paint, stain, lacquer, or other finishes using spray equipment and hand tools
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the finishing process
Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and effectively under supervision
Help with assembly and fabrication tasks as needed to support production workflows
Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) during spraying and finishing activities
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Skills

Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and maintenance
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment used in finishing processes
