Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate young gymnasts. This role involves developing gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants.

Duties

Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to various skill levels.
Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, and vaulting.
Assess the progress of each gymnast and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organised training environment.
Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among gymnasts.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Organise and participate in gymnastics events, competitions, and showcases.

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in gymnastics or related disciplines.
Strong teaching abilities with a focus on skill development and individual progression.
Excellent communication skills to engage with both gymnasts and their families.
Ability to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere for learners of all ages.
Strong organisational skills to manage training schedules and event planning effectively.
